Shopee is one of Taiwan's largest online shopping platforms, offering a wide variety of products. If you can name it, you can probably buy it here. Its website and app interface are clear and easy to use. In just a few minutes, you can click and purchase your desired items. It's no wonder it's so popular among Taiwanese people and has become a go-to platform for everyday shopping.
Shopee Features
Shopee is divided into three main marketplaces: i. Shopee Marketplace, ii. Shopee Mall, iii. Shopee Supermarket
i. Shopee Marketplace
This marketplace is for individual sellers, offering the widest variety of items, including new and second-hand products, handmade goods, Shopee proxy purchases, and Taiwanese product proxy purchases. However, the quality of sellers varies, so it's important to check seller ratings, online time, sales volume, and shipping speed. Choose sellers with more 5-star ratings. If a seller hasn't been online for more than 10 days, the chance of them shipping is lower.
ii. Shopee Mall
This marketplace is exclusively for businesses, offering higher credibility. Shipping speeds are usually faster than individual sellers, and customer service is generally more professional. Additionally, Shopee Mall provides genuine product guarantees, a fifteen-day appreciation period, and Shopee's secure return service, offering better protection than Shopee Marketplace. However, prices may be slightly higher than Shopee Marketplace; you get what you pay for, as they say. XD
iii. Shopee Supermarket
Operated by Shopee itself, this mall primarily sells groceries, snacks, and beauty products. It offers a 15-day appreciation period, genuine product guarantees, free shipping on eligible orders, and 24-hour delivery service for selected items.

Fashion, Taiwanese snacks, Taiwanese souvenirs, household goods, beauty products – everything you can think of.
Payment Methods
Taiwanese credit/debit cards, Taiwanese bank transfers, Shopee Wallet, Cash on Delivery.
Shipping Methods
Shopee only provides local delivery service and does not currently offer international shipping. If you need to purchase Taiwanese products on Shopee and have them shipped to Hong Kong, you can find Hong Kong companies or Taiwanese proxy buyers that offer Shopee proxy buying services. Shipping options include 7-11, FamilyMart, FamilyMart Frozen, Hi-Life, Hi-Life Economy Pack, Ok Mart, Black Cat, Shopee Home Delivery, and Shopee Store-to-Store.

Shipping Time
The preparation time varies for each seller. If the seller ships from Taiwan, it generally takes 3-4 business days for the item to arrive locally in Taiwan after dispatch.
If the seller marks the item as "longer preparation time," it may take a week or even a month for the item to be shipped, depending on the actual supply situation. When placing an order, the system usually displays the estimated shipping time. If the seller does not ship by this deadline, the system will automatically cancel the order to protect the interests of both parties.
