We do not mandate membership to use our services. Shipping order logistics will only be notified via member email. However, Meadow Duck still encourages you to become a member to receive the latest updates.

After an order is placed, we will still store relevant recipient personal information to complete the purchasing process. If you have any questions about the collection of personal information, please refer to our terms.

The quoted HKD price for proxy shopping includes the product price, domestic shipping in Taiwan, proxy shopping fee, Taiwan bank transfer fee, Taiwan import tax (if applicable), Taiwan unified invoice tax, and payment processing fee.

The proxy shopping quote does not include shipping from Taiwan to overseas. As we cannot accurately determine the actual weight and size of all products, Meadow Duck will not provide any shipping estimates for proxy shopping items to avoid misunderstandings.

**Proxy shopping from physical stores requires a separate quote. Currently, we only offer proxy shopping from physical stores in Taipei City, parts of New Taipei City, and Taichung City.

Delivery time depends on when the merchant dispatches the order.

Taking Hong Kong as an example for the recipient address:

For shipments from Taiwan to Hong Kong, it takes a minimum of one working day to pick up the goods after they leave the consolidation warehouse. *The actual situation depends on your chosen pickup method.*

If the merchant can ship within 2 days of placing the order, it will take approximately 4-5 working days from the order date for the goods to arrive in Hong Kong.

For other regions, international shipping times will apply.

How to calculate the代購費用(procurement fee):
1. Product Price - Based on the actual original price displayed on the Taiwanese website

2. Taiwan Domestic Shipping Fee as charged by the store or platform

3. Taiwan Bank Transfer Fee: TWD 15 / per order

4. Procurement Service Fee: TWD 250 / per order

5. Taiwan Business Tax: 5% of the total sum of items 1 to 4 above

6. Payment Gateway Service Fee: 2% of the total sum of items 1 to 5 above

Yes. There are no restrictions on the number of platforms or sellers.

After we confirm receipt of payment, we will immediately place an order for the items and send you the purchase record. There is no need to wait or reconfirm whether the order has been placed.

If the seller is out of stock after the order is placed, we will notify you through the original ordering channel.

Orders that have not yet had all items delivered are eligible for 60 days of storage.
Orders with all parcels received are eligible for a maximum of 14 days of storage. A storage fee of HK$10 per day will be charged for exceeding the storage limit.

Unless the seller is out of stock, we do not accept order cancellations for any reason. Please consider carefully whether you wish to proceed with the代購 (purchasing service) before making payment.

We will provide after-sales service, but whether a refund or exchange is accepted depends on the merchant.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and other expenses incurred from refunds or exchanges.

Taiwan's business tax is collected by the seller on behalf of the government and paid to the Taiwan National Tax Administration.

Since Meadow Duck is a legally registered company in Hong Kong and Taiwan, according to Taiwanese regulations, when Meadow Duck receives payment and ships goods to you, it means we are the seller, thus incurring this fee.
