Shopee is one of the most popular online shopping platforms in Taiwan, offering a wide range of products from daily necessities, clothing, and electronics to household items. If you're in Hong Kong and wish to purchase items on Shopee, you can follow these steps:

Method A: Place orders on Shopee yourself

A1. Register an account

If you don't have a Shopee account, you'll first need to register one on the Shopee website or app. This requires real-name verification using a Taiwanese phone number and a Taiwanese ID. If you don't have these documents or information, please skip to step B1 below.

A2. Browse products

After successful registration, you can browse products on Taiwan Shopee. You can find desired items by category, search, or popular recommendations.

A3. Select products and add to cart

Once you find the product you like, select your desired specifications (e.g., color, size) and add the item to your shopping cart.

A4. Choose payment method

Shopee supports various payment methods, but only accepts local Taiwanese credit cards, local Taiwanese bank transfers, etc. If you do not have a local Taiwanese bank account, please skip to step B2 below.

A5. Checkout and shipping cost calculation

The Shopee shopping system itself does not support international shipping, so you will need to provide a Taiwanese recipient address. If you do not have a Taiwanese recipient address, you can ask a Taiwanese freight forwarding company to help ship the items to Hong Kong, or you can WhatsApp +852 90107944 Meadow Duck for details on freight forwarding services.

A6. Product arrival

Depending on the logistics company and selected delivery method, Shopee products may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to arrive in Hong Kong.

Method B: Ask a Taiwanese purchasing agent to place an order on Shopee

B1. Search for products

You can search for products you wish to purchase on the Taiwanese Shopee website. If some products cannot be accessed or viewed in Hong Kong due to regional restrictions, you can try searching on Biggo or Feebee websites.

B2. Provide product links

You can WhatsApp +852 90107944 and provide the product links of the items you wish to purchase to Meadow Duck's personal shopper. Please provide individual Shopee links for each item; do not provide a shopping cart link as the items within the cart cannot be viewed 🙈.

B3. Provide quotation

After gathering the information, our purchasing agent will provide you with a detailed quote. If you have any questions, you can ask them immediately.

B4. Confirm quote and payment

If you confirm the purchase, you can pay via FPS (Faster Payment System) / bank transfer / PayMe / AlipayHK / Octopus Wallet.

Meadow Duck also accepts credit cards and some unlisted Hong Kong e-wallets for payment**(additional charges may apply, please refer to the Payment Methods page for details).

B5. Goods arrive at Taiwan warehouse

Meadow Duck offers you up to 60 days of storage (only when goods are not yet fully collected), allowing you to wait for all your items to arrive before arranging consolidated shipping.

B6. Free package consolidation

Meadow Duck will consolidate your packages for free at the Taiwan warehouse and remove unnecessary outer boxes or packaging materials to save you on unnecessary shipping fees.

B7. Pay for shipping and await delivery

After repacking is completed, Meadow Duck will notify you to pay the shipping fee. Once payment is complete, the goods will be dispatched from the warehouse on the next business day.
