Introduction to iOPEN Mall
iOPEN Mall is, of course, open 24 hours a day, allowing you to buy your favorite items anytime. Since the website is still in its trial phase, the variety of products is currently limited, divided into five main categories: Beauty & Skincare, Leisure & Food, Mother & Baby & Pets, Fashion & Trends, and Home Appliances. The total number of products is also not as extensive as other platforms.
The layout is neat, clear, and easy to use. Compared to the "My Store" (賣貨便) from the same company, it's easier to find desired products, so iOPEN Mall has a high chance of replacing the existing "My Store".
Payment Methods
Credit Card: Supports transactions with various card types such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, etc., and also offers credit card installments and bonus point redemption.
ATM Transfer: Payments can be completed via Taiwan's online banking or ATM machines.
Convenience Store Code: Payments can be made at any 7-ELEVEN convenience store in Taiwan using a QR Code or code at an ibon machine.
E-payment Wallet: Supports icash Pay, which can be linked to credit cards and bank accounts.
Cash on Delivery: Cash payment can be made upon receipt of goods.

Prohibited Items:

Valuable items such as cash, bills, stocks, other securities, or jewelry, antiques, artworks, precious metals.
Credit cards, ATM cards, bids, or similar items.

7-ELEVEN iOPEN Mall advertises with the slogan "Everyone can be a seller, no store opening fees, no transaction fees," meaning there are no platform fees. This is good news for sellers, as it provides an additional free sales channel and more exposure. For buyers, the absence of platform fees may lead to lower product prices and more favorable deals.
Communication with Sellers
Since iOPEN Mall is still in its trial phase, the chat function with sellers has not yet been enabled. For buyers, the chat function is very important. It allows direct inquiries to sellers about stock availability, shipping progress, etc., which would make buyers feel more secure about their purchases. We hope this function will be added in the future.
