- All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods. If an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped, the Company will contact you via WhatsApp as soon as possible to arrange an exchange (limited to items of equal or lesser value) or a refund.
- If a refund application is required (if applicable), the Company will process it within 14 working days.
- All products from the Company are shipped directly from Taiwan. Please understand the shipping costs involved. The Company does not accept cancellations or refund requests for any reason other than out-of-stock items.
- For products shipped directly from Taiwan, you may first inquire with the relevant sales personnel about the estimated arrival date. The arrival date provided by sales personnel is not guaranteed to be the actual arrival date.
- The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by delays in delivery/arrival dates.
- The Company has made every effort to ensure safe and secure packaging to protect the goods. However, you still bear the risk of damage or loss of goods during delivery.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to your absence at the scheduled delivery appointment or providing an inaccurate address, the Company reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order.
- The Company has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, but does not guarantee that all information on this website is accurate. Product information on the website is for reference only, and the Company will not compensate for losses caused by incorrect information.
