Description
Exclusive Napping Process
High-density greige fabric is used. Under the high-speed operation of a napping machine's sanding rollers, the fibers are abraded into fluff, and the originally curled yarns are straightened into a flat shape, giving the product a peach-skin feel.
After napping, the fabric loses a significant amount of strength. Therefore, it is essential to choose greige fabric with good flatness and high strength, especially for high-count, fine, and thin fabrics. Before napping, the strength must be tested, and only if it meets the standards can processing proceed.
