☆Exclusive Brushed Fabric Process
Using high-density greige fabric, the fibers are brushed into fluff by the high-speed operation of a sanding roller on a brushing machine, straightening the originally curled yarns into a flattened shape, giving the product a peach skin-like surface.
After brushing, fabrics experience significant strength loss. Therefore, it is essential to select greige fabric with good flatness and high strength, especially for high-count, fine, and thin fabrics. Before brushing, the strength must be measured, and processing can only proceed if it meets standards.
