☆Exclusive Brushed Process
Using high-density greige fabric, the fibers are brushed into fluff by the high-speed operation of the sanding rollers on the brushing machine. This straightens the originally curled yarns into a flat shape, giving the product a peach-skin feel.
After the fabric undergoes the brushing process, there is a significant loss of strength. Therefore, it is important to select greige fabric with good flatness and high strength, especially for high-count, fine, and thin fabrics. Before brushing, the strength must be tested to ensure it meets standards before processing.
