Using high-density greige fabric, under the high-speed operation of a sanding roller in a brushing machine, the fibers are brushed into down, and the originally curly yarn is straightened into a flat shape, giving the product a peach-skin feel on the surface.
After the fabric undergoes the brushing process, there is a significant loss in strength. Therefore, it is necessary to choose greige fabric with good flatness and high strength, especially for high-count, fine, and thin fabrics. Before brushing, the strength must be measured, and processing can only proceed if it meets the standards.
