Using high-density greige fabric, the fibers are brushed into fluff by the high-speed operation of the sanding rollers on a brushing machine, straightening the originally curled yarns into a flat shape, giving the product a peach-skin feel.
After brushing, fabrics experience significant strength loss. Therefore, it is essential to select greige fabric with good flatness and high strength, especially for high-count, thin fabrics. Before brushing, the strength must be measured and meet standards before processing.
