High-density greige fabric is used and then run through a brushing machine at high speed to abrade the fibers into a velvety pile, straightening the original curled yarns into flat ones, giving the product a peach-skin feel on the surface.
After the brushing process, fabrics tend to lose significant strength. Therefore, it is crucial to select greige fabric with good evenness and high strength. Especially for high-count, fine, and thin fabrics, the strength must be tested before brushing to ensure it meets standards before processing.
