☆ Exclusive brushed finishing process
Using high-density greige fabric, the fibers are brushed into fluff through the high-speed operation of the sanding rollers on a brushing machine, straightening the originally curly yarns into a flat shape, giving the product a peach-skin feel.
After brushing, the fabric loses a significant amount of strength. Therefore, it is important to select greige fabric with good flatness and high strength. Especially for high-count, thin fabrics, the strength must be measured before brushing to ensure it meets standards before processing.
