Using high-density greige fabric, brushed under the high-speed operation of a sanding roller, the fibers are brushed into fuzz, straightening the originally curly yarns into a flat shape, giving the product a peach-skin feel.
After brushing, fabrics experience a significant loss in strength. Therefore, it is essential to select greige fabrics with good flatness and high strength. Especially for high-count, thin fabrics, their strength must be tested before brushing to ensure they meet standards for processing.
