☆Exclusive Brushed Process
Using high-density greige fabric, the fibers are brushed into fluff by the high-speed rotation of the sanding roller on a brushing machine, straightening the originally curly yarns into a flattened state, giving the product a peach-skin feel.
After brushing, the fabric loses a significant amount of strength. Therefore, it is important to select greige fabric with good flatness and high strength, especially for high-count, thin fabrics. Before brushing, the strength must be measured, and processing can only proceed if it meets the standards.
