Exclusive Napping Process
Using high-density greige fabric, the fibers are napped into downy fibers by the high-speed operation of the sanding rollers of a napping machine. This also straightens the originally curled yarns into a flat shape, giving the product a peach-skin feel.
After napping, fabrics experience a significant loss in strength. Therefore, it is important to select greige fabrics with good flatness and high strength, especially for high-count, fine, and thin fabrics. Before napping, the strength must be measured and processed only if it meets the standards.
