How to Use
Dispense the essence oil into your palm, rub your hands together to warm the oil, then gently press your warm palms against your cheeks, applying the oil to your face. Use any remaining oil on your palms for areas prone to oiliness, such as the forehead and chin, and gently dab your nose with your fingertips. It can also be used around the eyes.
Dosage
Start with 1 drop and adjust as needed based on your skin's condition and dry areas. Below are the recommended dosages for most cases:
Normal/Combination Skin: 1 drop, typically 2 drops in autumn/winter
Dry Skin: 2-4 drops, increase based on dryness
Oily Skin: 0 drops. If your skin produces enough oil, water-based skincare products are sufficient.
