How to use:
Dispense an appropriate amount (about two to three pumps) of Oat Refreshing and Soothing Makeup Remover Milk, apply to the entire face, gently massage, then gently wipe off with a cotton pad or tissue, and finally thoroughly cleanse with a facial cleanser or warm water.
