How to use

Dispense the essence oil into your palm, rub your hands together to warm the oil, then gently press your warm palms onto your cheeks to apply the oil to your face. Use any remaining oil on your palms for areas prone to oiliness, such as the forehead and chin, and gently tap the nose with your fingers. Can also be used around the eyes.

Dosage

Start with 1 drop and adjust the amount as needed based on how your skin feels and any dry areas. Below are recommended dosages for most situations:

Normal/Combination skin: 1 drop, typically 2 drops in autumn and winter.

Dry skin: 2-4 drops, increase as needed depending on dryness.

Oily skin: 0 drops; if your skin produces sufficient oil, water-based skincare products may be enough.
