How to use:
1. For first-time use, spray in the room to experience the fragrance in the space.
2. Before bed, spray 1-3 times or an appropriate amount 10-20 cm above the pillow, to achieve a comfortable level of fragrance.
3. If you are not accustomed to fragrances and find the scent too rich, you can spray once above the pillow or in the bedroom to allow the scent to slowly dissipate. After a few days of getting used to it, adjust the number of sprays.
