How to use the Sleep Spray
For first-time users, spray once in the bedroom to experience the calming scent of the sleep spray and set a relaxed mood for sleep.
Before going to bed, spray 1-3 times or an appropriate amount 10-20 cm above your pillow, adjusting to your preferred scent intensity.
If you are not accustomed to using fragrances and find the scent too rich, try spraying once above your pillow or in the bedroom to allow the fragrance to slowly diffuse. After a few days of adjustment, you can then increase the number of sprays.
