【Maintenance Method】

● For general cleaning, simply wipe with a damp cloth. You can use a neutral dish soap for cleaning, then thoroughly remove any soap residue.

● After cleaning, air dry. Do not expose to direct sunlight, use a dryer, or heater.

● Using detergents containing surfactants will cause the pores to clog.

● To prevent damage, do not machine wash.

 

【Precautions】

● The level of humidity in bathrooms and flooring materials vary. While this product is an excellent non-slip product, it should still be used carefully and safely.

● It is recommended to air dry once or twice a week to maintain hygiene and cleanliness. A fully dry mat performs best in terms of non-slip properties.

● Do not use directly against the outer wall of the bathroom, as moisture from the wall may seep out. Please place it at least 5cm away from the wall.

● Do not use this product for purposes other than a floor mat. Misuse may lead to damage or minor accidents.

● If a small amount of powder appears on the surface or if there is a whitening phenomenon, it is a characteristic of the raw material itself and does not affect its function. Please use with peace of mind.

● Do not let the product come into direct contact with hot water or steam, and it is not suitable for use inside the shower area.

● Avoid soaking this product in hot/cold water, as it may cause damage or premature deterioration.

● Do not use in places with heating equipment; after normal use, completely air dry off the ground before storing.

● If colored liquids (such as coffee, juice, etc.) drip onto this product, the remaining stains may be difficult to completely remove.

● The main components are composite natural materials. Upon initial unboxing, there may be a distinctive rubber and diatomaceous earth smell, which will gradually dissipate with ventilation and poses no health concerns.

● On rainy days or when the air is humid, moisture on the mat is a natural phenomenon; it will return to a dry state after ventilation or thorough air drying.

● If this product is not moved for a long time and remains in the same position, it may cause discoloration, color transfer, color changes, or stick to the floor. Please make sure to regularly move its position.
