Originating from the Qing Dynasty, "malt candy cakes" were the predecessor to today's Suncakes. In addition to eating them directly, you can also dissolve them in hot water, milk, or almond tea for a traditional taste experience like no other! Breaking away from tradition, we use pure Wufeng honey mixed with butter imported from New Zealand and Australia to create a rich and delicate feast for the senses.
