Alishan Jinxuan Tea
Jinxuan Oolong and Qingxin Oolong are both names of tea tree varietals. Jinxuan tea is also known as Taiwan Tea No. 12, Milk Oolong, and colloquially as "27-zai".
The most distinctive feature of Jinxuan tea is its varietal aroma, which typically carries a milky fragrance. If Jinxuan Oolong tea is properly fermented during production, it will develop an enchanting peach fruit aroma, and the tea soup will taste sweet and refreshing without being cloying.
