Description
The Dayuling tea area is located in Fushi Village, Xiulin Township, Hualien County, near the border of Nantou and Hualien counties. Winter temperatures are often below 0 degrees Celsius, with an average annual temperature of about 20 degrees. The large temperature difference between day and night results in slow tea growth, thick leaves, obvious pectin in the tea liquor, a strong cold sulfur mountain aroma, a mellow and smooth taste, and a long-lasting aftertaste in the nasal cavity that naturally promotes salivation.
