Traditional hand charcoal roasting requires the use of Taiwanese longan charcoal, which is smokeless and odorless, providing a stable and long-lasting heat. After charcoal roasting, the moisture content of the tea leaves is further reduced, and their internal quality is enhanced, resulting in a more mellow tea liquor and a delightful charcoal aroma when brewed.
This "Deep Roasted Honey Scent" has a deeper roast than typical teas from Lugu farmers, cooperatives, or Yonglong competition teas, resulting in a stronger, more mellow flavor and a more pronounced aftertaste, which is rarely found on the market. The tea liquor is delicate and smooth, with a distinct gelatinous texture in the mid-palate that coats the entire mouth, offering an exceptionally strong aftertaste and a sweet, ripe fruit aroma!
